Upscaling the soil and landscape data for the SOC stock estimation in agricultural soils of Slovakia Skalsky, R., Novakova, M., Tarasovicova, Z, Balkovic, J., Barancikova, G. Paper Soil organic carbon (SOC) stock and its dynamic play important role in ecosystem. Process-based models application with geographical data is one of the possible ways how to estimate SOC stock dynamics on national level. The RothC model has been suggested to predict the SOC stock change in the 1970 -2007 period over the agricultural land of Slovakia. In the paper we briefly describe upscaling of the input data on soil, climate and land use.
