Meeting location
Both meetings will be held at the University of Limerick (www.ul.ie). The meetings will be held in the Main Building. This is 13 on the campus map that can be viewed at: http://www2.ul.ie/pdf/156289860.pdf.

Accommodation
Rooms are available at the Carlton Castletroy Hotel (www.castletroy-park.ie/). The rate is €75 per night including breakfast. For reservations contact reservations.castletroy@carlton.ie quoting COST agreed by Claire Horan. The hotel is a short walk from the meeting venue.

Getting to and from Limerick
Arriving in Shannon Airport
The closest airport to Limerick is Shannon www.shannonairport.com/ If you arrive in Shannon the easiest way to get to the Carlton Castletroy Hotel is with Kavanagh Coaches. The timetable is available at:

Page 2 of the timetable shows the departure times from Shannon airport. You should leave the coach at the second Limerick stop for ‘UL Flag Poles & Main Campus Bus Stop’. From here it is a very short walk to the hotel. Ask the bus driver for directions.
Alternatively you can get a taxi and this should cost approximately €35.
Arriving in Dublin Airport
If you arrive in Dublin Airport (www.dublinairport.com/)the most convenient way to get to the Carlton Castletroy Hotel is with Kavanagh Coaches. The timetable is available at:
