Introduction
The summer school is intended to train ~30 PhD students and post-doctoral research associates in the latest techniques for quantifying nitrogen dynamics in terrestrial ecosystems, and to teach the latest process understanding in the terrestrial nitrogen cycle.


“The 14-days event lasts from 2nd of October to 13th of October 2006 and will be held at the Federal Research and Training Centre for Forests, Natural Hazards and Landscape, BFW, Vienna, Austria. The BFW is situated in the Schönbrunn (http://www.schoenbrunn.at) gardens surrounding the famous castle in the 13th district of the City of Vienna.”
