The fee covers the Conference Package (name badge, the printed programme, the reception at the winery, useful local information), coffee and refreshments during the breaks.

Field trips are an independent, yet related, part of the
conference. The fee is Euro 50.-  and includes transportation, a printed tour-booklet, and lunch.

For cancellations until 19 October 2003 the full registration fee will be refunded. For later cancellations we refund 75% of the applicable fee. Bank charges need to be covered by the registrant.

In order to ensure a smooth preparation of the final program, we require a solid commitment of the tentative speakers. A pre-requirement for acceptance of papers for oral presentation is the receipt of the registration fee until 15 September 2003.
